Licensee: Elizabeth Bastard widow and administratrix of Bevill Bastard late of Norton [Churchstow], gent. deceased.

 

Assignee: Richard Hawkins of Kingsbridge gent.

 

Premises: capital messuage or manor house of Norton and closes called Higher Hayes, Tong park, West park, lower Will park alias Higher Redfords and Sempark, close now divided called lower Hayes and Broomhill, close now divided called Norton ?ball, Great, little and Midle Fursley Closes, pasture grounds called Bickley grounds and East pasture, in manor of Churchstow and tenure of Elizabeth Bastard by lease of 19 October 1674 for 99 years determinable upon the deaths of Bevill Bastard, brother William and the licensee at rent £14 and heriot of best beast or £6 13s. 4d.
