1. Adam Otley of Pychford, Esq.

2. Richard Lee, gent, son and heir apparent of Thomas Lee of Langley, Esq.

It was agreed between them for an exchange of lands thus:-

Adam Otley grants to the said Richard 6 ridges and a pike of land in the three fields of Yeton Mascott, that is 2 ridges in the field of Yeton next byrryton (John Kenryke) 1 end shooting S. towards the longe yard and N. to a headland of Mr Hoptons, which 2 ridges shoot along next to the house yard, and 2 little ridges of land in Lechmerfyld stretching from Lechmere st 1 end to a ridge of land of John Thornes (Gorge Corbett) at the other end, and 2 ridges and a pike of ground in the field next to Cound, shooting from a headland of John Thornes (Roger Kenryke) at 1 end to a headland of William Hopton (Roger Farmer) at the other end. To Rd Lee and his heirs forever, in exchange for a parcel of land of Rd Lee, that is 6 ridges or butts of ground extending from a little yew tree over againstthe mylhouse of the said Adam Otley on the W. part down along by the old fleams to the netherfyld on the F. part, and from the said old fleame in breadth on the N. part to the land of the said Wm Hopton called the beaches (John Fermer) and the ground of Adam Otley called the Mylefield on the S. part, that A.O. has of the grant of Rd Lee by the said exchange, to hold of the chief lord of the fee by due service. A.O. will warrant to Rd Lee. Rd. Lee to hold of the chief lord for due service.

Rd Lee is to warrant to A.O.
