William in Angle of Bathekynton to Nicholas and Alan his sons -- a place called the Croft in the town of Bathekynton with a building on it, lying between the curtilage of William Cave and my curtilage; also 2ac. of land of the 3 given by Sir Thomas of Endeshover, lord of Bathekynton, one in the corner between the way from Bathekynton to Cosenhull and the way towards the Cloud, and extends from the Corner to the land of John the Persones; the other lying on Asthull between the land of Richard Salby and the heath -- paying to chief lord of the fee 6d. silver per year for all services and demands except two comings to the Court of View of Frankpledge in Bathekynton, and forinsec service. If Nicholas and Alan die without legitimate issue, remainder to William and Richard his sons. Witn: Richard son of Thomas of Bathekynton, Robert the Warde of the same, Richard Bromwych of the same, Nicholas Ranhulf of the same, John son of the Persone of the same, Geoffrey of Whytel, Richard of Wilenhal, and others.
