And also another piece of common or waste, part of the said manor, in Waldron containing 11 acres and abutting to the first mentioned land, W., to the said Turnpike road, N.W., and to an old disused way running over the hill there, forming the boundary of the said manor, E. and S.E. and to lands of the said James Coleman and Stephen Tolhurst, S.
