Leics., M.A.; (c) John Leggatt of Lodsworth, yeoman, and John Heed of Lawrence Poultney Hill, City of London, gent Recites intended marriage of Thomas Sanderson and Mary Shudd (a) Conveys to (c) - Capital messuage with gardens, buildings, lands, etc. (150a.) called Ushuds, Bedfoulds, Tilbies and Naldreds; barn, gateroom and closes (16a.) called Headfolds Wood; tenement, garden, orchard and land (10a.) called Perryers.
