(a) John Farhill of Chichester, gent., youngest son of John Farhill (b) George Parker Farhill of Chichester, clerk 2/5 of messuage and malthouse, stables, gaterooms and backsides, formerly called the Coach and Horses, now the Bell Inn in East Street, Chichester, in occupation of William Powell and James Foster; also 2/5 of the messuage lying to the west of it with outbuildings and garden, now in the occupation of James Foster; also 2/5 of four tenements and gardens (formerly three stables, one coach-house and other outbuildings belonging to the said messuage on the west side of the Bell) in the occupations of Robert Leggatt, John Ayling, John Humphrey and Richard George; also 2/5 of messuage now and for several years past converted into two tenements, now in the occupations of George Parker Farhill and Edward Wildman with backsides and gardens in St. Olave's parish, on west side of North Street, Chichester, between messuage now in occupation of Widow Woods on the north, messuage in occupation of Ichabod Harding to south Consideration: £716 |
