Bundle of papers relating to the sale for £25,000 under the provisions of the will and codicils of the late Henry Calley of Burderop House by his widow Emily Augusta Calley and Walter Francis Wrangham of Hotham House near Brough in Yorkshire, of the Hyde Farm Estate at Hendon comprising approximately 50 acres. The farmhouse and land amounting to 14 acres was sold separate from the remainder of the estate which was to be used for building plots.
