Triangular piece of land at east end of Broadwater Green bounded by the Queen's Highway on all sides viz: on N. by road from Worthing to Arundel; on W. by road made in 1864 separating the land from rest of Broadwater Green; on S. by road from Broadwater to N. end of South Farm Lane. Excepting: land and blacksmith's shop [dimensions given] occupied by George Paine, blacksmith; and land [dimensions given] occupied by Richard and Mary Piper

 

Power given to the Revd. Edward King Elliott, as Rector of Broadwater, to appoint as trustees, two Evangelical members of the Church of England
