I. Mess, and water corn mill in Barrow called Swinford Mill Tenement 49a. 3r. 9p., in occ. of Samuel Cheers, 3's tenant.

 

II. Closes in Barrow called Widden's Tenement 62a. 2r. 32p., in occ of Samuel Cheers, 3's tenant.

 

III. Closes in Barrow called the Stewards fields 28a. 3r. 31p. in occ. of Elizabeth Cheers, widow, 3's tenant.

 

1 conveys prem. to 3, 2 assigns his interest to 4 in trust for 3 subject to suit and services at court leet and court baron.
