(1639), eventually coming to Samuel Sherborne of Stowey, gent. (1669). Leases by Popham family to Curtis family of Hunstrete, Aldeborne and Weale families of Chew Magna (1673-1750). Letter re. deposit in Devizes Museum, 1916.
