Will of Joseph Feilden of Witton House, esq. -- £1,000, a carriage and horses to wife Fanny, manors, messuages, lands in Witton and Blackburn to brother William Feilden and brother-in-law the Rev. Robert Mosley Master, clerk, to the use that his wife shall receive an annuity of £1,000: his manor, lands and tithes in Livesey to W.F. and R.M.M. to the use of the Rev. Richard Cardwell of Blackburn aforesaid, clerk, and Cousin Daniel Willis of Halsnead for term of 1,000 yrs., subject to the use of his eldest son, or if he shall die without leaving a son to the use of his eldest daughter for life, and after her decease to use of her eldest son, and in default of such issue to brother William, and if he shall be dead without issue, then to brother Randle Henry, and if he shall be dead without issue to brother John, and if he shall be dead without issue, then to J.F's heirs, and R.C. and D.W. shall stand possessed of the property on trust to provide a portion of £10,000 for each younger child of J.F. with power of sale and exchange; personal estate to the son or daughter who shall become entitled to the real estate -- W.F. and R.M.M. to be executors.
