a) Capital messuage and manor etc. of Westover alias Calbourne, p's. Calbourne and Shalfleet, I.W.

 

b) Manor and farm called Hill Farme, p's. Brading and St. Hellins, manor and farme of Budbridge, p's. Arreton and Godshill, I.W., and lands etc. in Godshill and Arreton purchased by Sir Robert Dillington of Budden Cooke, proxie tithes of Budbridge, etc.

 

c) Manor, farm and demesne lands of Upper and Lower Knighton, p. Newchurch, I.W., and part or parts of Sir Robert Dillington in the manors of Ashey and Ride, p. Newchurch, I.W.

 

d) Manor and farm of Motstone, p's. Motstone and Shalfleete, I.W., and advowson of Motstone church

 

Fine for a) to enure to (1) for life then to his son, Edward Dillington and his male heirs, reversion in default to (1).

 

Fine for b) - d) to enure to use of (5) as tenants to the precipe in a common recovery. After recovery b) to enure to Robert Dillington for life, then to wife Jane for life, c) to enure to Frances Dillington for life then to Robert Dillington, d) to enure to Sir Robert Dillington for life then to Robert Dillington for life, then to Thomas Freke and Henry Whithead for 500 years. b) and d) further entailed on Robert Dillington and his male issue, in default to male issue of Edward Dillington, etc. Copy only.
