SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Will dated 31 July 1833

Appoints nephew Lorenzo Secker & George Woodcock executors. Gives Lorenzo £2000 and £1000 and another £5000 to be given mostly to Harbridge family, relations of 1's late husband. 1's messuage, yard, garden in Jordan Well, Coventry & messuage adj., in Bailey Lane, Coventry, late in occup. of widow Holmes & all 1's real and personal estate to 1's trustees upon trust, ultimately to sell the same and divide the proceeds between named members of the Harbridge family.

1st Codocil appoints Richard Secker executor in place of Lorenzo, now dead. Frank Cannop and Richard Secker apptd trustees of £1000 the interest to Ann Secker for her life & to be divided between Lorenzo Charles Secker and Albert Secker.

2nd Codicil alters method of giving legacy to Emily Harbridge; she is to receive interest on £5000.

3rd Codicil gives Mary King £50.
