Conveyance from the Reverend Norman Robert Ramsay and Allen Beville Ramsey (i) to B.C.C (ii).

Recitals:

(I) Indenture of mortgage dated 23 Jul 1860 between John Smart and Robert Williamson Hunt Smart (i), Eliza Chalk, Richard Gregory Chalk, William Richard Chalk and Lucy Elizabeth Chalk (ii), James Marr Brydone (iii) of the land to be conveyed to secure £1000 and interest.

(II) Further scheduled indentures and transfer of mortgage dated 6 Jun 1911 from Sir Alfred Erasmus Dryden to (i) subject to such equity of redemption as was then subsisting under (I).

Operative part:

In consideration of £1590 hereby convey unto (ii):

All those parcels of land known as Bottom Crab Tree Field, Top Crab Tree Field and Foot Leys, being part of Wilden estate containing 74a. 1r. 36p. being Lots 6-8.

Habendum: to the use of (ii) in fee simple subject to the existing tenancies but discharged from all right of equity of redemption.
