In relation to Lord Sunderland's signification of his Majesty's pleasure concerning Lord Hyde's pension ..., certain papers are now transmitted. ... Particulars are added concerning the maintenance of the new regiment (late Lord Dumbarton's), ... "which, being entirely Scotch, and slandered as Papists, thought they have given the same proof to the contrary required from the rest of the Army, are neither welcomed or trusted in their quarters ... as other companies ... in theirs". ... |
