20a. In Poulner, in the tithing of Bistern, commonly called Fords Lands; and enclosed meadow ground (2a.) in Middlemarsh, Ringwood with the corsie on the north part; these premises were demised by (i) to William Bampton from 29 September 1662 for 99 years for annual rent of 1s; and also close called Bisthurne Hays (2a.) in Paulner, bounded with a ground called Smythies on the south and a lane on the east and North Field on the west and north; these premises were demised by John Ford deceased to Stephen Ayles, since deceased on 6 March 20 Charles II for 99 years for annual rent of 6d.; and ½a. arable or pasture lying against Narrow Lane on the east and shooting against the Old Orchard on the north; these premises, in Poulner, were demised by John Ford to Samuel Merris from 25 March 1682 for 99 years for annual rent of 6d.; and yearly rent of 2s. 6d. from several lands at Lynford in the parishes of Ellingham and Ringwood; and yearly rent of 1s. from lands now occupied by John Waterman; yearly rent of 1s. from lands now occupied by Jane Whitemarsh, widow in Ringwood; yearly rent of 6d. from lands occupied by Jane Lyne widow in Ringwood; yearly rent of 8d. from lands late occupied by Henry Lyne in Ringwood; yearly rent of 6d. from lands occupied by Henry Witt in Ringwood; yearly rent of 1s. 6d. from lands occupied by Thomas Martin the elder in Ringwood; yearly rent of 1s. from lands occupied by Thomas Martin the younger in Ringwood; yearly rent of 4d. from lands occupied by Joseph Lyne in Ringwood; yearly rent of 1s. from lands occupied by Flower, wife of John Angell, gentleman (formerly Flower Lyne spinster) in Ringwood
