Recites that Daniel BRYAN and Richard HALE of Gloucester owed Luke GARDNER £400 and that Richard HALE assigned premises in Cirencester to Daniel BRYAN as security. Daniel BRYAN has sold one messuage and applied money to his own use. Richard HALE has become bankrupt. A great messuage in Southgate Street, described as in (D3117/2007), is assigned to Mary GARDNER as security
