Robert de Craunford and John de la Hyde, son of John de la Hyde, his tenant. 10 March 17 Edw. II

 

Whereas there has been a dispute between Robert and John concerning a fore-earth ... along with the headland, in le Inlond in the Westfeld of Neuwenton Juel, an agreement has been reached, viz. that John has granted to Robert, his heirs and assigns the said fore-earth, reasonably measured as 2 a., to hold in exchange for 1 a. of land in le Inlond which Robert has granted to John [etc.].

 

Witnesses: Richard de Alburburie, Robert de Barton, Robert Basset, Delias de Alberburie, Roger son of Guy, John de Bodicote, Thomas de Brayles.
