Property Three closes of land called the Higher Cloke-prinnyer, now in the tenure and occupation of (2), and parcel of the manor of Truro Vean. Mineral and timber rights reserved to (1).

 

Consideration Surrender of lease granted by John Arundell, grandfather of (1), to Robert Kent, deceased, of the borough of Truro, for 99 years, on the lives of Anne Kent (then wife of Robert Kent), John and Susan, their children, dated 20 July 1598; and £30.

 

Rent 13s. 4d. a year
