William Durant and Master James de Berkelee. 12 May 6 Edw. II

 

William has quitclaimed to James the messuage, land, meadow, pasture, wood and rent in Morcote and Hardepurie which he recovered against Richard de Biseleie and Rose his wife in the court of St. Briavell, and afterwards demised to James.

 

Witnesses: Sir John de Buttone, Sir Miles de Rodeberwe, Sir William de Wauton, knights, Walter de Nasse, Peter de Helion, John de Helion, William de Gamage, Ralph Hathewy, Richard le Blount of Awre.
