PARTIES: 1 John Wallis of Whitchurch esq., sole executor of the will of John Wallis, late of Soundesse, Nettlebed esq., his late father decd. 2a.Richard Hide of Wallingford, Berks., esq. b.Mary, wife of 2a. 3. Alexander Willmott of Lollingdon, parish of Sholsey, Berks gent. SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Recites cat. Vor/XXIII/i/1 Recites assignment of mortgage dated 10 July 1712 whereby amongst other things, the woodlands called Pryors Woods were assigned to John Wallis decd. for residue of term of 2000 years with proviso for redemption, if 2.should pay him £1335-15s in trust to attend the uses in deed of 2 June 1711. Recites that the money was not paid. Recites that 2. have lately sold to William Hucks esq. and his heirs, all the premises in the first recited deed except the said Pryors Woods Now, in consideration of £1300 and interest which has been paid to 1. and of 5s. paid to 1. by 3.,1. at the request of 2. assigns and surrenders to 3.: all the recited woodlands called Pryors Woods for the resideed of the term of 2000 years, upon trust to attend the several uses declared in the recited assignment of 2 June 1711 CONSIDERATION: £5-5s PLACES: SWYNCOMBE SIGNATURES: Jno.Wallis Richrd.Hide Mary Hide ENDORSEMENTS: (a) Witness to Sealing: Rich.Blackall, Cornelius Norton, Christopher Crook |
