Pecuniary legacies to nephews and nieces and annuities to brothers and sisters. Devise of messuage and and lands in Cranbrooke and Smarden, Kent, to nephews John Weston and Thomas Weston

 

Also to said nephew Thomas Weston the messuage, farm, lands and tenements purchased from Richard Hills of Tenterden and his wife and Frances Brooke and Mary Brooke then in the occupation of Gerrard Mason and George Beard Also a messuage, tenement, farm and lands in Mayfeild in the occupation of Stephen Rolph

 

Declaration that the messuage and lands in Arlington should stand charged with the payment of legacies &c. if personal estate insufficient

 

Overseers:- Richard Rabson and Samuel Diplock both of Ticehurst, co. Sussex
