Witnesses: Richard de Goldesburgh, kt., Robert de Arthington, Robert Passelew, Walter de Hewkesworth, Peter de Marton, John son of Adam de Ottelay, Richard de Bayldon of the same, William le Smyth of Newall. At Weston, Tuesday after the Exaltation of the Cross 43 Edw. III. 2 Seals, small, round, red wax, on tags, perfect. (i) a design of 5 burs, no legend. (ii) a bird, legend indistinct. |
