John de Oka, prior of St. Bartholomew's Hospital, Gloucester, and Lord Thomas de Berkeley. Sun. the feast of St. Matthias, A.D. 1307

 

The prior has granted to Thomas an anniversary in full choir [etc.] for the souls of Maurice, Thomas's father, and Isabel his mother and, after their deaths, for the souls of himself, Joan his wife and Maurice their son; and in return Thomas has quitclaimed to them suit of hundred and of his court of Berkeley due from part of a holding which belonged to James Cotele in Couleye.
