2 Messuages called Old and New Durendale otherwise Durndales, a forge place, 270 acres land, 174 acres woodland; barn and land belonging to Benhall forge (55 acres) in occupation of Thomas Skinner, all in Pembury, Lamberhurst, Brenchley, Kent, and Frant. Messuage called Hunningtons and 160 acres land, formerly in occupation of William Snashall and now of John Jeffery, in Southborough in Tonbridge, Kent. Lands called Calinge otherwise Coulinge Meade, Denells Acre, Rayle Meade (13 acres) in occupation of William Snashall

 

Messuage called Weaule otherwise Hale and lands called Weaule Land otherwise Hale Land (57 acres), formerly in occupation of John Jeffery, and now in occupation of William Pecke, in Tudely, Hadlow and Capel, Kent. Messuage called Bornemill, 'an old furnace place and a pond place' (3 acres) in occupation of Thomas Archer in Tonbridge. Messuage called Sandherst (144 acres) in occupation of Edward Baldocke; Great Sandhurst Wood, Sandhurst Coppice, Colewood, Colewood Coppice, the Long Strakes (143 acres) all reputed part of Sandhurst in Lamberhurst. Lands called Whitlands (16 acres), Mouseltfeild (10 acres) in occupation of William Cayly. Whitlands Wood (7 acres) in occupation of Michael Burr in Lamberhurst

 

A marriage is to be solemnized between John Dyke, son of WD, and Judith Levinz, daughter of HL

 

1. The premises (excepting those below) are to be held to the uses of (i) JD for term of 99 years; (ii) of JC for the life of JD in trust; (iii) of JL for life; (iv) of the heirs male of JD and JL; (v) in default of which to WL for term of 99 years in trust; (vi) of WD and his heirs male; (vii) of the right heirs of WD

 

2. Messuage called Slower and 2 coppices, 174 acres woodland pertaining to Durndales to be held to the uses (i) of JD for term of 99 years; (ii) of JC for the life of JD in trust; (iii) of the heirs male of JD and JL; (iv) of JC after the death of JD till JL shall bear his posthumous son 'afterborne'; (v) of such 'afterborne' heirs male and their heirs; (vi) of WL for term of 99 years in trust; (vii) of WD and his heirs male; (viii) of the right heirs of WD

 

3. Residue of the Manor to the uses as declared above in 2

 

Covenant to levy a fine between the parties. £300 as jointure of JL
