The premises (excepting those below) are to be held to the uses of (i) JD for term of 99 years; (ii) of JC for the life of JD in trust; (iii) of JL for life; (iv) of the heirs male of JD and JL; (v) in default of which to WL for term of 99 years in trust; (vi) of WD and his heirs male; (vii) of the right heirs of WD

2.
