David Waterhouse was, at the time of his visit to Manchester Studies, working on an exhibition to celebrate the diamond jubilee of Crab Lane School. All the photographs, belonging to a Frank Hamilton of 4, Corley Terrace, Heaton Park Road, were collected by Mr Waterhouse to be used in the exhibition and, possibly, a publication.
