Alice widow of Maurice de Berkeley and Thomas de Berkeley her son. n.d.

 

Alice has granted to Thomas her land in Redcliff Street which she bought from Alsi de Bathonia, and which Gerard son of Richard the smith held; landgable rent 7d. a year.

 

Witnesses: W[illiam] abbot of Kingswood, John abbot of St. Augustine's, Roger de Berkeley, Philip and Oliver his brothers, Maurice, Henry and William his brothers, Master Peter de Paris, Master Maurice de Slimbrugg, Reginald de Gosinton, Maurice son of Nigel, Reginald and William, chaplains, Hugh the clerk and Elias his brother.
