Grant by John atte Hyde of Reading to William Vachell' of Coley [Colle] and Reginald Devyas of Reading, of a messuage in Old Street, Reading, between the Seven Bridges, with a close adjoining, between the tenement of the abbot of Reading on the north side and the first course of the river Kennet on the south side, together with 12d a year rent for the life of Clemence Garston', for the island which John Hastyng now holds
