Exchanged by Roger Williamson in trust for Vane: 6 closes called Buckhams "Several other closes" called Middle Quarters, Buckham Island, Buckham Meadow and Springs, all in the Township of Old Park, Manor of Isel Old Park, of rent £1.19s.1d. apportioned to 10s.0d., and 1 boon day harrowing, 1 do. mowing, 1 do. shearing.

 

Exchanged by Sir Wilfrid: Ground part of "Old Park farm" in Old Park township; namely Midle Quarters, White Beck, and the west end of Irton Wood, as now marked out, occupied by William Bragg as farmer; also the closes called Wilson Close, Goody Meadow, and Wilson Wood, all in Isel Old Park; also part of "the Close called the common field in the Parish of Bassenthwaite .. formerly allotted on the Division of Bassenthwaite Common", 2a. 0r. 33p., lying between Sir F F Vane's lands called Stoop Hill and Coal Beck.
