2. Hen. Biggs of Benthall, Esq., present High Sheriff

 

1. by virtue of H.M.'s writ of discharge of office of Sheriff out of the High Court of Chancery, assigns to 2. the gaol of the County and the bodies of persons remaining in the charge of 1. with the several causes of their detainers contained in the schedule annexed - all actions and pleadings in the book of the County Court not ended - and 2. acknowledges to receive the same and exonerates 1. from them.
