Between SARAH WEEKS of Cowfold, widow, HENRY WOOD of Henfield, esq., and MARY his wife, HENRY ELLIS of Cowfold, yeoman, and SARAH his wife, JOHN VINCENT of Cowfold, yeoman, and ELIZABETH his wife (1), and JAMES WOOD of Twineham, esq. (2) to lead the use of a Fine of

 

A messuage or tenement, buildings, farm, lands &c. called Holmwood, containing 100 ac. in Bolney formerly in the tenure of Edw. West and then of Stephen Stowell

 

A messuage and 70 ac. of woodland called Spronkett Wood in Bolney

 

A messuage or tenement with lands &c. called Grayling alias Slaughterford in Warnham late in the occupation of John Andrews and then of the widow Naldrett containing 35 ac

 

And a parcel of land, tenements &c. called Chickens in Warnham containing 28 ac. late in the tenure of William Dartnell and then of the Widow Naldrett

 

Such use to be, as to the lands in Bolney to the use of the said Henry Wood; and as to the lands &c. in Warnham to the use of the said Sarah Weeks for life, and after her death, as to 1/3rd part thereof to the use of the said Henry Wood; as to one other 1/3rd part to the use of the said Henry Ellis and as to the remaining 1/3rd part to the use of the said John Vincent
