Petitioners: Constance de Bearn.

Nature of request: Bearn requests that the king will grant a commission to the abbot of St John of the Castle, or the prevot of St Sever, and give to one of them the power to receive the attorney general that she wishes to make to plead and answer in her place in the king's court or any other court of England where she has business.
