Note: Inquisition and return: Date to be returned: 25.11.1511 The Sheriff had replied to an earlier writ that on the day of the recognisance William Dalby and Walter Tayllour had no lands or chattels in the county, and they were not found there. George Turby was seized in demesne on the day of the recognisance of three messuages, 100 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 100 acres of pasture, 10 acres of wood, and 100 acres of moor and heath in Walcot, worth 5m. a year. He imprisoned George in Worcester gaol.
