Endorsement: George Monoux and John Doggett {Doget}, Sheriffs, certify that Robert Caldwell was not found in their bailiwick. They have extended all his lands, as appears in the inquisition, and seized them into the King's hands.

Note: Inquisition and return: Date to be returned: 08/07/1510. Attached is the inquisition made at the Guildhall of London before George Monoux and John Doggett, Sheriffs, on 03/07/1510. At the time of the recognisance Robert Caldwell was seised in demesne of three tenements in Tower Street in the Parish of All Saints, Barking, in Tower Ward, London: one occupied by a mariner, another by a cordwainer, and the third by Lewis {Lodowic} Morris {Moris}. They are worth £3 15s. 4d., after expenses. He had no chattels in the City.
