Nature of request: [This petition is largely illegible.]Request from Katherine, widow of John, Duke of Guyenne and Lancaster, that she might have certain castles, honours manors, hundreds, wapentakes, rents, advowsons and other possessions, according to the tenor of a fine made in the King's twentieth year between Thomas, Archbishop of Canterbury, Henry, Earl of Derby, John Bussy and Robert de Whitteby, plaintiffs, and herself and her husband, deforciants, and that she might have the issues and profits from them since the death of her husband.
