Newcastle to Cumberland, enclosing a letter from the lords of the admiralty stating that over half of [Mitchell's] squadron will remain on the Zealand coast. Major General Fowke has sailed from Harwich. He encloses a copy of a letter from the Landgrave of Hesse regarding the passage of Russian troops through his territory.
