Defendants: John Towgood, John Ingram, Walter Borrowes, James Dashwood, John Agnew, Edward Howell, James Stevens, James Strange (abroad) and George Peacocke (abroad).

Further defendants added by order of 12 January 1809: John Savery, John Pugh, Francis Ingram senior, Francis Ingram junior, Benjamn Kennett otherwise Benjamin Kennett Dawson, Roger Pocklington, William Dickenson, William Hunter Hunter, Samuel Baines and [unknown] Taubman (abroad).

Amended by an order dated 30 May 1809: Samuel Baines removed as a defendant.
