MS additions, coloured, showing the the boundary between Portuguese territory (now Angola) and German territory (now Namibia), Major Goold-Adams's 'irreducible minimum' line, and the area occupied by 'true Barotse tribes'. Originally accompanying Goold-Adams's report to the Foreign Office, which was enclosed in Colonial Office file number 22836, on the Barotse boundary question, received 14 October 1897. |
