This series contains files of the Establishment Department of the Control Office for Germany and Austria, later transferred to that of the German Section of the Foreign Office. They relate to a broad range of administration of the machinery of control, including problems of stores, supplies and accommodation for British officials in Germany, travel arrangements, questions affecting relations with Germans and a wide variety of questions arising out of financial administration.
