VINCENTS: Case of Richard Burke against his dismissal by Customs Commissioners, with annexes - a) notification of his intention to leave London as ordered 8 Nov. b) advice of Mr. Mackintosh's intention to bring legal action against him 21 Nov. c) reminder that he has not yet received Board's orders and his departure is therefore delayed, 12 Dec. d) Edward Stanley, advising Mr. Burke he will be defended by Treasury Solicitor, and his previous letters have been laid before Treasury Board, 14 Dec. e) Edward Stanley advising Mr. Burke of his dismissal for absence without leave 20 Dec.
