Defendants: Edward Clekarr and Elizabeth Cheseman, his wife, executrix and late the wife of said Thomas.

Subject: Failure to execute the will of her said husband, late one ofthe gentlemen ushers of the chamber, neglect of the finding of his children, John, Nicholas, and Walter, and waste of his goods.
