Plaintiffs: Nicholas Rudd and Alice, his wife, late the wife of Edmund Machell and John Machell, son and heir of the said Edmund.

Defendants: Thomas Baynprik (Baynbrig).

Subject: Detention of deeds relating to a messuage called `Bongate Hall,' and land in the town of Bongate in St Michael's [Appleby], bought of Christopher Baynprik, cardinal-archbishop of York, by Roland Machell, father of the said Edmund.
