De Souza, Sir Walter E. dec: De La Gerraude, Helene Vicomtesse Gaston and another v. Wetherfield, F.G.M. and others. Question of the validity of the marriage of Sir Walter's parents, his mother having formerly been married to her husband's late brother, and of the claim of Vicomtesse Gerraude as a second cousin, on the estate. A Will and Codicil made under Portuguese law was held not to apply to the European property of the deceased, as to which he was declared intestate. |
