Plaintiffs: Francis Tresham esq.

Defendants: Lord Stourton, John Arundell, Frances Trowgion, John Threll and Thomas Yate.

Subject: Relief against incumbrance upon the plaintiff's purchase. The manor of Bullockes in East Hanny [East Hanney], Berkshire, and a messuage and land in East Hanny [East Hanney] and Grove, called Addams Land, holden of the masters and governors of the Hospital of Christ of Abingdon, as of the manor of Abingdon, and also one other messuage and land called Barnes Lands, and a capital messuage and seven other messuages and lands called The Manor of St Andrew's Court, and other messuages and land in West Hanny [West Hanney], conveyed to plaintiff by defendant Thomas Yate, and afterwards extended under a fraudulent extent upon recognizance by other defendants.
