Short title: Tasborough v Tasborough. Plaintiffs: Thomas Tasborough and Jane Tasborough his wife. Defendants: John Tasborough senior, John Gill senior and junior, and Abraham Clarke. Subject: To secure a jointure under a marriage contract. The plaintiffs, in consideration of a marriage between their daughter Lettice with John Tasborough, son of the defendant, had conveyed and assured to said John and Lettice, by fine, the manor of Hawridge, Buckinghamshire, upon condition that the defendant, the father, should settle upon them an annuity, which not being done, plaintiffs seek relief.
