Short title: Asheleye v Parker.

Plaintiffs: Henry Ashley and Roger Ball.

Defendants: Richard Mellon and John Parker.

Subject: Injunction etc relating to the tithes and parsonage of Farnham, Dorset, of which defendant Mellon was incumbent, who, being a popish recusant, and neglecting his church, granted the tithes to defendant Parker; the plaintiff Ashley procured a grant from the archbishop of Canterbury, of the fruits and profits, and presented the plaintiff Ball to the church, on which defendants entered an action in Common Pleas.
