Plaintiffs: Martha Wyseman, late the wife of George Wyseman, esq, and daughter of William Strangman, esq, of Hadleigh Castle.

Defendants: William Wyseman, the elder of Lincoln's Inn, son of plaintiff, and Diggory Smart, Christopher Good and John Lanckton, husbandmen.

Subject: Destruction of a lease of Upminster Hall, being the marriage-portion of plaintiff Martha Wyseman, conspiracy to estrange plaintiff and the said George Wyseman, attempt to compel her to surrender her interest in the premises, reference to an imaginary arbitrator, forcible ejection, and attempted subornation of perjury in Chancery
