Plaintiffs: Henry Farrer esq of the Ewoode and Humphrey Longbothome of Warley and Samuel Mawde of Ovenden, clothiers.

Defendants: Thomas Oldfeld of High Oldfield, clothier, Michael Foxcrofte son of Michael Foxcrofte, Alexander Hartley, John Broksbancke, and others.

Subject: Conspiracy to procure a false return to a commission executed at Halifax in an action in this court by the said Humphrey Longbothome against the said Thomas Oldfeld, and to charge the other plaintiff.
