Defendants: John Aburne and John Hyde.

Subject: John Aburne's disparaging marriage with Luce Holmes, sole daughter and heir of Miles Holmes of High Holborn, London, grocer, a minor in the world of Sara Perin, late the wife of Richard Perin, and now of Bevis Thelwall of Easthampstead, Berkshire; and his champerties to obtain lands of the said Sara Perin in Barwise, in the parish of Appleby, Hoffe, Drybeck (Dryberke) and Colby, Westmorland, and messuages in Fetter Lane, London.
