Thomas Strudwick v. Samuel Pargiter alias Samuel Pargiter Fuller, Esq.: Value, &c., of the estate of Margaret Pargiter (formerly Margaret Fuller), defendant's mother, before her intermarriage with Samuel Pargiter, Esq. (defendant's father), which estate is said to include the manor and farm of Morecourt in the parish of Romsey (Southampton) (said to have been purchased by Thos. Dummer, of Swathling (Southampton), Esq. (one of the deponents), and formerly in the occupation of Richd. Seward, and now in the occupation of Samuel Young, tenants of said Dummer), and other lands, &c., in the counties of Southampton, Berks, and Sussex (particularly a farm called Spurshott (Southampton), in the occupations of John Lacey and John Drake), a farm and lands at Fritham, in the parish of Bramshire (Southampton), in the occupation of Mary Tucker, a farm called Chamber House Farm, situate in or near the parish of Thatcham (Berks), in the occupation of Richard Marshall, farms in or near said parish of Thatcham, in the occupations of Richard Smith, Mrs. Pierce, widow, and Joan White, and freehold estates in the county of Sussex, particularly the manor of Stedham, and a farm called the Manor Farm, situate in Stedham, in the occupation of Richard Ayling, another farm called Sleter's Farm, in the occupation of Nicholas Goldring, another farm in the parish of Heyshott (Sussex), in the occupation of John Mellish, a mill in Stedham, in the occupation of Thos. Eldridge, &c., &c. [The names of Edwd. Strudwick, late of Chiddingfold (Surrey), Bulstrode Peachy Knight, Esq., and Sir John Peachey, Bart. (brother of said Bulstrode), are mentioned.]: Southampton; Berks; Sussex; Surrey.
